The Costa del Sol is the name given to the coastline of the province of Málaga, from Nerja, in the east, to the municipality of Manilva, which borders the province of Cádiz.

The Costa del Sol has become a residential destination that offers security and quality of life. Although differences exist

between one town

and another, the Northern

Costa Blanca is considered

to be an area of residential

tourism for medium to high

income groups.

Detached villas predominate, especially in mountain areas with spectacular views of the sea. Although, on the seaside in towns such as Benidorm, Altea or Calpe, most of the Costa Blanca North properties on offer are apartments.

Costa Blanca North is the coastline that extends from Denia, in the north, to the city of Alicante, in the centre of the province. An area where the sea and mountains perfectly combine to create a landscape of outstanding beauty, dotted with spectacular cliffs and small, enchanting coves, but without forgetting the large white-sand beaches.

Tourist development in this area of the Spanish coast began in the decade of the sixties in the last century, and as such, it has a highly consolidated service infrastructure and an excellent network of communication links. Alicante International Airport is one of the busiest airports in Spain and is perfectly connected by road with the main tourist areas of Costa Blanca North such as, Benidorm, Villajoyosa, Altea, Calpe, Jávea and Denia.

Costa Blanca

SOUTH

Costa Blanca South extends from the city of Alicante to Pilar de la Horadada. The dunes, palm trees and long beaches form a landscape that has attracted thousands of Europeans over the last few years prompting them to establish their Properties in Spain in this area.

The offer of property on Costa Blanca South is highly varied, due to the wide availability of land, and presents a truly unique quality-price relationship. As in the rest of the areas, the properties on offer which directly overlook the seafront consist of 2 or 3 bedroom apartments with large balconies allowing you to enjoy the marvellous Mediterranean climate. In this respect, the towns of Santa Pola, Guardamar and Torrevieja are those where most of this type of property is available.

At distances of between 2 to 15 km from the coast we find large resorts which have mainly been developed around golf courses. Orihuela Costa, although it also has a large number of apartments overlooking the beach, is the area with the largest concentration of golf courses on the Costa Blanca. In one single municipality there are five different 18 hole golf courses, some of great international fame, such as the Villamartin Golf Club, Las Ramblas Golf, Real Club de Golf Campoamor, Las Colinas Golf and Vistabella. They all offer an extensive number of, properties for sale , with townhouses and villas available.

Tourist development in Costa Blanca South has undergone spectacular growth over the last decade, which means that it currently has excellent modern service infrastructures with hospitals, international schools, large shopping centres, and some of the best golf courses in Spain and all of Europe.

Costa Calida

The 250 km. of the coast of Murcia, also called Costa Cálida, offers one of the best locations on the entire Spanish Mediterranean.

Two seas on a single coast, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. Impressive cliffs, paradisiacal and secluded beaches of endless white sand, lively ports and remote coves with crystal-clear water, over 3,000 hours of sun a year and mild temperatures (even in winter), with an annual average of more than 19°C.

Without doubt, the area of the Mar Menor has the most interesting supply of properties. Locations such as La Manga, Los Alcázares or Mar de Cristal in Cartagena sare very popular among buyers of property in Spain. Here we offer mainly apartments and villas just a few metres from the beach with a better value for money than other areas of the Mediterranean coas.

As well as stunning beaches and beautiful natural spaces, the coast of Murcia has 16 golf courses, including those in the exclusive resort of La Manga Club, internationally recognized for its high performance sport centre.
